Shipping & Delivery

Shipping 

We offer free shipping on all U.S. and Canada orders over $50.00. If your order is less than $50.00, shipping costs $5.00 for orders weighing less than 7 pounds and $10.00 for orders weighing 7 pounds and over. Items are normally shipped via FedEx within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Expedited shipping is available upon request (contact us). Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days.

An 6.25% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within Illinois state.


International Shipping

Countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us to see if shipment can be arranged.

We base international shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located (orders ship from Chicago, IL via USPS). Actual shipping costs may vary from estimates given at checkout. We will email all international customers with actual shipping charges prior to sending your packages to you. If your actual cost of shipping is less than the estimated cost paid, we will refund you the difference. If your actual cost of shipping is more than the estimated cost paid, we will invoice you for the remaining amount.

Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a new-to-market item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 10 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 10th.] Returns delivered after 10 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date. We do not accept returns on collections and vintage items.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
